Universal Goddess Original Painting

 This is a painting I was working on a couple of years ago,

and I'm discussing part of the process on the finishing touch.

It was eventually sold to an american art collector.

"She's Got The Whole World In Her Hands"

 "She's Got The Whole World in Her Hands" is a 4" x 4" mixed media done in pencil, acrylics, embellishments, collaging with an Encaustic finish. Hanging with green/blue ribbon thru a mini cherry eyelet.

I took a picture of an old fading rose this winter..It looked like an old vintage rose, because of it's weathered look. I edited in PE and ,created small,mid size and bigger one to use in further journals or paintings.

"A Flower For You" done in pencil, acrylic collage, embellishment with gel pens and dry flower. I've been creating mandalas lately..and here's a mandala flower for you;-)

Journal Entry

Inspired by the spring rain and sunshine all in the same day. this was done in one of my journal @ one of my fav. cafe called Shaktea http://www.shaktea.ca/home-page/home/ here in Vancouver. I did the mandala, and started using inktense; but was missing yellow. I finished it @ home, and did some digital layering as well.

Beautiful Dreamer

I'm on a 4" x 4"mini art work kick these days, and loving it.

I just finished a series,(the four whimsical set below this post) which were sold in my Etsy, to
a wonderful customer overseas.
I'm starting a new series, and my first one is called

"Beautiful Dreamer" was created on vellum, and glued 

on thick cardboard. I found these gorgeous mini bottle caps,and 

just adore them so much! I use them here to create little whimsy

flowers. She's a dreamer,and her dress is decorated with words, butterfly wings,flowers in her hair, and a evening mood background,just when the sun as set. Done in pencil,acrylic,oil pastels,and dripping beeswax, which smell oh so yummy. A chenille ribbon thru an apple green mini eyelet  for hanging, makes a great display
