Magnets are approx. 2.5" x 2.5" and printed on Fine Art Canson Infinity paper, and applied onto a magnet sheet, which I then protect with a coat of Dorland wax.

A creative touch with photoshop elements by myself adding a little pizzazz make these magnets very unique.

Here's a few journal pages I've created  in last few days
Use asian newspaperprint for background , napkins, and words from candy bag. Used words @ random to create phrases.

Book Published

My friend Kimmie and founder  of  Digital Whispers http://digitalwhisper.ning.com/?xg_source=msg_mes_network  has published a new book called Digital Whispers of Artistic Souls,
which  is now available thru blurb.

Mixed Media Book in the Making

Covers for my dos-a-dos book..Three covers, middle one being the back to front and back cover
I made a mixture of spackle and gesso and applied a layer to front and back of each cover.
Let it dry overnight.
The book is about creativity and freedom..The bird theme is used on each cover, with it taking
flight in the hand
My poetry is written on inside of cover..still have to finish posting on inside of last cover
I'll be using a coptic stitch to put book together.

Medecine Buddha

This is a commission work I created for a friend in Puerto Rico.
It's a mixed media on a baltic birchwood panel 6" x 11".

I first drew everything in pencil than ,wood burned the sketch.
Painted with Golden Liquid Acrylics
Top was a coat of  tar gel with a few drops of gold liquid paint.
